Our Plans

We are looking for a site in Exeter so that we can provide the following:

A small-scale farm: Providing visitors with the opportunity to observe, learn about and interact with animals in a safe environment (proposed animals: chickens, ducks, pigs, sheep, small pets, goats, ponies). Animals will be looked after using high welfare, best practice systems.

Community Gardens: A community vegetable garden for small scale production of food by local residents, specific growing areas for local community groups, a sensory and therapeutic garden, raised beds, a children’s garden, demonstration gardens and an orchard. Wildlife areas to encourage native species and to teach visitors how to promote wildlife in their home environments.

A Place for the Whole Community
